At Sunil Dhopavkar Lettering Factory, every product is created with individual attention and artistic care.
Because each name design and interpretation is custom-made according to your specifications, we maintain a strict No Refund and No Return Policy, except in cases where the product is damaged or delivered incorrectly due to our fault.

2. Refund Policy

  • Once an order has been placed and production has begun, refunds are generally not permitted.
  • As our products are digital and personalized, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold.
  • Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as change of mind, dissatisfaction with artistic interpretation, or stylistic preference.
  • If the delivered product is damaged, corrupted, or incorrect due to our mistake, we will issue a full refund, which will be credited directly to the customer’s registered bank account or original payment method.
  • Refunds will only be processed after verification of the issue and confirmation that the damage or error originated from our end.

3. Return Policy

Since our products are delivered digitally, physical returns are not applicable.
However, if:

  • The delivered file is damaged, incomplete, or corrupted, or
  • The product differs from the confirmed order details (for example, spelling mistakes or wrong name caused by us),

you may request a correction or replacement.

To report an issue, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery at dhopavkars@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A detailed description of the issue
  3. A screenshot or file showing the problem

Once verified, we will either:

  • Recreate and resend the corrected file free of charge, or
  • Process a partial or full refund if correction is not possible.

4. Order Cancellations

We will confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation based on its status.

We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate contact information, spam filters, or external technical issues.
